@arisudotexe Admittedly, antis see a lot of things as a dogwhistle for pedos, particularly pro-C ones, and even more so for abusice sex with children more generally. But from an ageist point of view, seeing as children are not developped enough for any such concept as ‘liberation’ that would be too dangerous to their feeble minds and meek bodies, the only reason one might have to fight for such a thing would be 1) for non-children, to take advantage of them for sexual purposes 2) for children, corruption by the first category, made much easier by their malleable, clueless, idiotic canvas of a brain, which would on its own not see any reason for so-called eeekwaleetee, and would in fact not be intelligent enough to even conceive of such outrageous and threatening ideals.
@Papergal @arisudotexe It’s less that they forget (though some most certainly do), and much more that they’re gaslit into believing it’s fine and expected, and once they’ve grown (in the case of those that do) it’s not relevant to them anymore, and they’re more than happy to then push their overall frustrations unto more oppressed than they; similar mechanism to how poor white workers are happy to be vicious toward the poor of other ethnicities or nationalities.

Theres quite a large current of r/youthrights that are pro c or complex c about youth/adult kid/adult kid/teen relationships and its oft debated
@Clussy @arisudotexe unfortunately, ir is probably safe to assume so.
@arisudotexe probably, I never really hear anyone else talking about it. Which is incredibly unfortunate
@billionairemindset @arisudotexe They see NOT WANTING TO KILL THEM as pedophilia at times...
@arisudotexe they do
@arisudotexe Well, of course they do. To normies, wanting someone to be able to choose things for themselves = an uncontrollable "urge" to rape that person. Giving someone autonomy is seen as "abuse", taking that autonomy away is seen as "protection", even though it's the latter that actually in and of itself violates the person's human rights.
